Hope is very important. I’m hoping that the future generations or even us in just a few years will have restored our hope and trust in the world. Making mistakes isn’t something you can avoid or should avoid, they make you learn new stuff about yourself and your surroundings. Being young, being a teen, being a young adult are always going to be hard. Things get easier after you really get to know yourself and your wishes and aspirations. When you find the type of person you want to be and the type of people that you want around you, things are going to get easier. Also, struggling with mental health is a daily occurrence and if you or someone else struggles with it, you should know that you aren’t alone and you can reach out for help. I wish I had known that earlier on in my life and it would’ve saved me a few years of distress, but life is about growing and learning.

isn't necessarily the truth. I think that gave wings to many people. This year it wasn't just about body positivity, future generations. It was about much more, it was about acceptance, love and pride of who we are. Any race, any skin color, any sexual orientation, any weight or
