Students have different personalities, ways of learning, difficulties, achievements for this reason teachers should organize their clases in a more personalized way to make learners have a successful learning.

The main changes, a long time teacher would need to do to be effective are creating engaging online lessons and units as essential component of surviving remote learning. Teachers can create online lessons using different kinds of applications like Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
A greater need to know the students and their mindsets. There seems to be a greater social dichotomy in student willingness to accept the value of education and W need to understand and work with that difference to be effective.
A greater need to understand how they go about learning in a world where information, both good and bad, is so readily available.
A greater need to be creative in developing curriculum that has value in and of itself to as many students as possible
A greater need to develop meaningful professional relationships with students to gain the trust in teacher's expertise that they are less ready to give automatically.
