So yung uploading of pdf and images, we have to take a pic outside of the app pa before we can choose the pdf/photo to upload. There's no option to take a pic of the, say prescription, while using the app. Will it be an option in future para we don't need to close the app and open camera and then go back to the app again to choose the correct file?

Hello, I'm currently keying in my son's vaccine records. But I can't save it unless I sign and upload physician's signature. It was done in 2020 so it's troublesome to go back to the hospital to ask for their signature. Anyway, I just added any signature to save it, but now I can't even edit it. I can't leave that space blank too. Would that be an option in the future? Edit buttons for records, and another option in case we forgot to ask for signature? Thanks

Since I downloaded the app earlier today, my phone always freeze and hangs. I would need to restart it frequently😔 I am using Huawei P30 lite.

Hello, I tried to add vaccine din, but wala xa sa list. Please make it extensive, kasi i tried to put as others and edited vax name. Saved record lng and not mark as completed, when i tried to open it again to edit, di na ma change yung name and nawala din yung signature. So in future, when we ask doc to sign, we have to mark completed agad. But there might be instances we will still need to edit, so it'll be troublesome.

Thinking of like a Medical History Storage app for the entire fam would be really handy. I included myself in the member's list at Home page.. but when i go to the Profile page, my name is not among the choices.. maybe it would be nice to include all the fam members in the members list too.. 😊

one will notice that only my son has the edit/update option (eye icon) beside his name.. as with my daughter, i have to swipe left her name for the edit/update option to be available 😊

when we open the profile of one member, i think it would be great if all the medical history could also be like an incident report wherein they are presented in chronological order.. when i entered an incident last august 16, 2024 and supplied it with tags like checkup, april,.. the incident did not come out and just said "no records found" even after i keyed in the exact tags..

photo, age, sex among basic info. beside profile

after keying in the birthday, it's great if upon going back to the profile; photo, sex, age would be among the basic info. present.. then the weight, height, blood type, allergies.. then the medical history icon to be there under with options of notes (for short narrative of incident ex. checkup or fever incident), lab results, prescriptions.. and also since we normally write down taking of medication schedule, it is helpful if it will also be among the options where we can just put the date and time then check it after giving it to the child.. thinking that this way, all will be tabulated for future use if medical history will be required.. like when we apply for hmo or medical insurances, we can just easily take a look at the medical history complete with all we need to declare for precision..

APE (annual physical exam) corner to be updated every year plus vitamins, supplements

thought of adding this among the tabs to be updated annually.. if complete ape is not performed, perhaps just an annual update of basic vital signs.. so there would still be an update of the health/wellness status of member even if there was no illness for the year that was.. and also, vitamins and supplements taken for that given date.. and maybe also the current gym/workout program that he\she is doing for the time being.. illness and wellness all incorporated in one app maybe 😊

like if summer 2024, we enrolled the kids to taekwondo or we changed our diet as a family as this is also an important feed in medical history taking.. all jotted down still in chronological order.. more like a medical plus health or wellness diary too.. 😊

option to just take a photo and save it before the narrative

supporting the option suggested earlier where we can just take a photo directly to support the input info.. or if nagmamadali tayo at that moment, we can just a photo to remind us of that incident then we can add the narrative afterwards.. say for example we noticed an allergic reaction while taking a medication.. we can just take a photo of our child with rashes.. then get back to it after the checkup.. then complete the medical history, labs, prescription etc. parts..

thinking also of as part of the medical history.. we can put initially our initial assessment as parents like temp. or physical manifestations of child.. then when we go to the doctor for checkup, yun na din ang ipapakita natin kay doc.. option to also take a photo for actual observations para mas accurate yung history feeding natin kay doctor..

a corner for this or a tab could also be helpful lalo na in emergency cases.. like yung exact doses.. saves time if may thorough list tayo ng allergies ng mga bata and emergency meds nila para one click lang, di na natin need magpanic.. very helpful also sa may mga food intolerance or special diets na mga bata.. as they get heavier nagbabago yung doses.. if there is a specified corner for allergies and life-threatening conditions, alam ng parents and guardian exactly what to do as supplied by physician.. saves time and lives.. 😊

maybe like yung feature ng apple but not so sure.. yung for emergencies like accidents.. one click lang or i am not so sure how we can do this.. na malaman agad ang blood type etc. ma-view na agad ng hospital ang data or biometrics, medical condition etc. also a photo of one valid id or maybe two for quick identification.. philhealth number, hmo provider and id of it for coverage

a corner din po siguro where we save their emergency contact numbers, hospitals near our home or 911 like here in davao city for emergencies.. yung one click lang, andun na numbers lahat ng kailangan natin for emergencies.. para marelieve from panicking ang mothers saving them much time 😊

it would also be nice if we have a parang "recycle bin" where we can recover files na na-delete by accident or baka napress lang talaga ng anak ko.. or baka may glitch causing it to be deleted.. kasi my daughter has been having diarrhea and i put the notes there .. then when i opened it now, i cannot find it anymore but i am not sure if i deleted it by accident lang.. maybe a recycle bin to recover files would also be helpful 😊
