Brindisi has somewhat right leaning views on low amounts of intervention in the economy as well as with the 2nd amendment; therefore, he appeals to those in his own party and some left leaning Republicans. This could be the small amount of voters that could be the difference and lead to his victory.
-2.) Tenney is very much so a Republican and has virtually no appeal to independents or right-leaning democrats as she is largely a idealized Republican who would most likely vote party lines.
