Transportation is a big mess. 
The elementary schedule is suddenly being voted on to change to an earlier start time of 8-10:45 for the morning cohorts, and 11:45-2:30 for the afternoon cohort but the board is not voting until 3.24. The need to make a change is to allow for transportation, and the district does not have contracts yet. They are expected to do this work on top of their regular (non-pandemic) responsibilities, and are offered a one-time stipend of $2,000, regardless of school size. (A school with 300 students and staff will receive the same funding as a school with nearly 2,000?)
