I am accustomed to walkthrough protocols, but instructional rounds are new to me. I have been reading the book to try and "catch-up," so I am hopeful that this meeting will help to fill in some blanks.

I have prior training in participating in an Instructional Round . The moment I learned about it, I thought it was a wonderful idea! Teachers working together to set common goals and learn from one another. I have had the opportunity to participate in two rounds, one at the middle school and one at our own school. I am excited to bring this practice back to my school as I'd like all of our teachers to have the opportunity to participate in this power strategy.
