I would welcome and include elders by making sure they already have a seat for them before an elder comes to go see us. I would great them and make sure they feel welcomed and make sure they have snacks and refreshments. Be engaged to them and learn from them.

I would make sure the elders have a comfortable place to sit, have tea/coffee and snacks ready for them to enjoy, id welcome them, i would want to learn from the elders and listen to them

I would make sure everything is all set for an elder to come to our facility to be comfortable as she/he is at home, get everything ready to set up the place, get the tea/coffee and the refreshments ready as well and the children to be ready as they will learn from the elders

I would prepare tea/coffee as they love to drink them and some crackers and snacks for them to feel welcome. And give them nice and comfortable seats and show them respect, tell the kids to be quiet and be patient when they are teaching us or telling story’s. We would be very welcoming to have a visitor from an elder in our daycare.

I would welcome an elder to our daycare. Before they come to daycare I would set it up, and make it feel comfortable, than prepare snacks, coffee/tea, once she/he comes welcome and greet, and introduce the workers, children at our daycare. And make sure she/he’s okay and comfortable. And make them feel like home.
