• Montreal Protocol: In 1987 every nation agreed to stop producing emissions that damage the ozone layer. 
• Kyoto Protocol: Put in effect in 2005 countries that agreed to the treaty agreed to lower all emission levels by 5% this did not go far as the U.S and other major countries signed out of it.  
• Paris Agreement: The Paris Agreement is the most important agreement to date which made almost every country agree to reduce emission levels.  
• In 2016 parties agreed to stop producing hydro fluorocarbons

The Co2 takes the sunlight trying to get out back into space, and reflects it into the ground, heating the earth up. That will then melt the ice caps, which will make the ocean higher. That might kill some fish because the coral reefs will be deeper in the ocean, and the ocean will be heating up.
