         <description><![CDATA[<div>RN's usually work 12 hour shifts. They also may work on the weekends or even on holidays. Very few work part time. The good thing about working 12 hour shifts is that you only have to work 3 days out of the week or if you work 8 hour shifts, then you work 5 days out of the week depending on wherever you work.</div>]]></description>
