         <description><![CDATA[<div>Golf courses are mainly made by destroying nature in a quiet place. In other words, the surrounding area of the golf course is often still a natural environment. Therefore, leaving such a bright light on at night is damaging to the surrounding trees and animals.<br><br>I think the government needs specific regulations regarding golf course lighting. For example, there are regulations such as not turning on lights outside of a certain period of time or separating areas.<br><br></div>]]></description>
