For Globalization, they make hard labour where people have to work way way too hard for little pay. Globalisation also goes where labour is cheapest so that they have to spend less money and they take advantage of everybody who lives there. When fast food comes worldwide, people eat much more unhealthily and get sick and don't even realise how bad some of the stuff is to eat. Also, although globalisation is working to make pay more equal, it is still strongly favoured in the direction of the richer and wealthier countries. Factory workers can get jobs taken away by AI and globalisation going to the cheaper labour countries. Some maybe even most people don't get help.

"Globalisation allows businesses to work in areas where labour is cheaper. U.S. companies may work with companies in India where labour is less expensive.”

“It operates mostly in the interests of the richest countries, who continue to dominate world trade”

Quotes are from newsela what is globalisation, positves and negatives from bbc website, and newsela The impact of globalization on the physical and human characteristics of communities

We did not do negatives in our seminar so her is mine, also we didnt do peoples rights so I will make one about that.

Globalization enables governments to work together to tackle global issues or respond to events, such as natural disasters and global warming issues. Globalization helps blend people and cultures worldwide, enabling the sharing of ideas and lifestyles, creating vibrant cultural diversity everywhere. Globalization helps make it possible for people to take vacations in faraway places that they wouldn’t be able to visit without globalization, this ability to travel can also help connect with people everywhere.

Increasing diversity in many countries has meant more opportunity to learn about and celebrate other cultures.

People have been overworked and exploited because their country has less laws that protect workers rights and even are threatened to lose their education. A lot of people in the United States don’t even think about where something they buy is made of or who is making it, they just care to get the product. And because of globalization, getting and buying those products have gotten easier and therefore increased the demand for those things, that are made by people who are forced and work in unjust conditions.

In the article, "School children in China work overnight to produce amazon alexa devices", students were forced to stay and live in a factory to make the product demands. A student said, "‘I tried telling the manager of my line that I didn’t want to work overtime. But the manager notified my teacher and the teacher said if I didn’t work overtime, I could not intern at Foxconn and that would affect my graduation and scholarship applications at the school.’” They weren't allowed to stop or say no.
