Week of June 4 - 10 - NEW
Final assignments! Well it all came together and I feel like I have a better idea of how a compilation report comes together. The end result was very intimidating, but once broken up into manageable pieces and established, regular meetings were were able to chop it down and complete it. It was an enjoyable experience - I must say. Thank you Dr. Robbins

Week of May 28 - June 3
Great Week. Our group met to begin planning our components and strategy for Assignment 9. Not much to report this week, except how impressed I am by the level of my peers evaluation plans. I am blown away by the attention to detail and interest areas of the groups I was honored to be able to read. It's nice to see the concern of my education peers in our community and how well we serve its constituents.

Week of May 21 - May 27
Assignment 8 seems to be going well - I am happy we decided on a topic that made sense to our group and was manageable and important to us. I am finding that each assignment is building upon itself, so it makes the final product look much clearer for our team. We are once again doing well and working well together.

Week of May 14 - May 19
I apologize for not making the "live" session this week - it completely slipped my mind, but I think it's a great idea - especially for the initial assignments (for next time the course is offered).
Our team met again this week to work on assignment 7. We are doing very well - spreading the bulk of responsibilities around and taking on more work for team members with super busy schedules. We are definitely efficient and respectful of one another. We also get along very well, even though we voice concerns, difficulties, and confusion - we work to make sure everyone is heard - it is refreshing.
Lastly, all the assignments are starting to make much more sense now and I actually have been able to use components in my workplace. I've been able to voice the importance of only collecting data that we are willing to do something about or with. I've been able to speak about various data collection methodologies - pros and cons. And, discuss values in qualitative and quantitative data gathering.

Week of May 7 - May 13
Lots of confusion this week with the assignments for our team. Luckily we were able to reach out to you (Dr. Robbins) a few times for clarifications and forgiveness. We've all missed the ability to ask questions like an in-person class. The assignments can be a bit tough when they have multiple components or room for interpretation. Thank you for all your help this week.
Our team is still going strong - we are still meeting every week for an hour and sharing the load. Thank goodness for a strong team.

Week of April 30 - May 6
As the assignments are getting more in-depth, our group is having to meet twice a week now, which can be difficult with everyone's schedules with school, work, and life. Everyone is in good spirits, but it is definitely getting tougher to stay motivated. It will be helpful to see the examples of previous reports, so I need to get on that. Lastly, the reading does a decent job of informing the work this week - unlike last week where the reading didn't really give us a good understand of "standards." The last assignment was difficult for us - so thank you for the additional help. Onward and Upward.

Week of April 23 - 29
Great week so far! My group is super dependable and we are not opposed to getting together to work through the assignments. This week we will need to meet two times as we work through criteria, standards, and edits on our evaluation paper. This week I am sending an email to you (Stacey) for clarification on whether we are on the right track with our criteria and clarification on standards.

Our team really struggled with criteria and standards for our logic assignment. I hope we will gain clarification as go forward.

Lastly, thank you for the video on stakeholders - I am going through this exercise right now with my nonprofit and my role and who are the stakeholders in defining the Key Performance Indicators for my role. I have typically only looked into making sure my immediate supervisor was happy with my work, but now i am learning there is a Executive Director, Associate ED, and Board that I have to manage on various levels as well. Your grid will help me define those roles and how it effects my work.

Week of April 16-22
Great week! I really enjoy working with my team. We are very good about getting together via Zoom ever week and have established a firm day and time that we meet to discuss the week's assignments. I am enjoying the pace of the course at this point - it allows for a stronger comprehension of the program and the ability to learn more about your team since we start working together at the beginning of the course.
Chapter 5 is a great tool I can see coming back to to guide my evaluations in the future.

Week of April 9 - 15

Great week today! I've been keeping up on the posts this week. I arranged my evaluation team meeting, set up a Zoom space, and facilitated our first meeting. I've been following up on Jalen's response to my initial posts and I will write more once my teammates add more to the post. I cited references to our readings in my posts and used etiquette in responding and agreeing with Jalen's response to my post. I am looking forward to working with my team - I think we have a good topic that is just the right size for such a short of amount of time.

I changed the settings in my learning log to allow SR to make comments directly to my padlet.

Self-Assessment is 15pts
