In the beginning, while training, it felt that everything was going smooth and soft, but  after sometime, I got frustrated me. However, the reason of my frustration was that workers were not responding to the questions asked ,regarding failure of the training, and was not making any eye contact. Initially, the workers were quiet and just listening to us (trainers) in the first training , but result into failure. On the second approach, we decided to learn more about them, and make positive relations with harmony and ask about the things where it went wring and so on. Usually, It is not often in an Indian culture, that people speak out loud and keep their opinions in front to everyone, but in Europe, it is quite common. However, once my group mate from Indonesia, was not communicative enough in the meeting, and I interpreted that could be the cultural influence, but it turned out to be wrong, and on asking I got to know that he was feeling sick and tired.
