2) My experience was that I thought like that it would be easy to play the role of a trainer. In the beginning, while training, it felt that everything was going smooth and soft, but after sometime, I got frustrated me. However, the reason of my frustration was that workers were not responding to the questions asked ,regarding failure of the training, and was not making any eye contact. I was communicative, and direct to them by putting them on equal status.

3) In order to present a successful report to Vice president, it was essential to know the depth and feeling of workers. Initially, the workers were quiet and just listening to us (trainers) in the first training , but result into failure. On the second approach, we decided to learn more about them, and make positive relations with harmony and ask about the things where it went wring and so on. This strategy of us ended up in a successful manner, after the second approach, the workers approach towards us were direct, communicative and started socializing and did not feel inferior to us.

4) I learned a very important thing from this game, that is, it is always important to keep the mentality and behavior of the other people in the mind before making the conclusion. Sometimes, thinking from someone's perceptive can also be helpful to you. It is important to ask about the feelings of the other person, that's the things can work in the cross-cultural environment.

5) Once in a project meeting, my group mates and I decided to work on some task, and everyone presented their opinions about it openly and it was very communicative meeting, as we sharing opinions and thoughts. Usually, It is not often in an Indian culture, that people speak out loud and keep their opinions in front to everyone, but in Europe, it is quite common. However, once my group mate from Indonesia, was not communicative enough in the meeting, and I interpreted that could be the cultural influence, but it turned out to be wrong, and on asking I got to know that he was feeling sick and tired. I had some European group mates as well, and from them I had great exceptions from them when it comes to communication, but few from them were really shy and hardly present their ideas on anything.I found that a bit shocking.
