I believe Hillary may have a faulty perception to what has actually happened to her.  She may have undergone a traumatic experience which has alter or damage her memory of the event and her mind is using alien abduction as a coping mechanism to deal with the trauma.  In all instances there were no witnesses to see the abduction or abductors which makes her claims hard to believe.                                                                                                                 

The reason David believes in this threat may be due to agenticity and emotional connections. David believes aliens are a form of higher authority with a secret agenda of taking over society.  Throughout the interview David seems quite stressed and upset which leads me to believe there is an emotional connection to why he believes this threat.

The drake equation is an equation used to determine the number of communicating civilizations (N) in the Milky Way Galaxy.  This equation takes into account the rate of formation of stars suitable for the development of intelligent life (R), the fraction of those stars with planetary systems (fp), the number of planets per solar system with an environment suitable for life (ne), the fraction of suitable planets on which life actually appears (fl), the fraction of which intelligent life emerges (fi), the fraction of civilizations that releases signals of their existence into space (fc), and the length of time these civilizations release signals into space (L).  

Based on this equation and the values computed for our galaxy alone, the results showed that the probability of intelligent alien live is a resounding %100.  The greatest limitation of the Drake equation is a lack of firm numbers to input into the equation.  Currently there is no way to accurately determine each variable without some advancements in space technology. 

A couple of reasons for belief include patternicity, ideology.  Patternicity is evident in the way people connected the shape of these items to flying saucers, such as something round and flat being thrown like a Frisbee resembling a flying saucer.  When Michael explained to the audience that these pictures were hoaxes, a couple of individuals became somewhat defensive and admitting to still believing in UFOs.  This is an example of Ideology because these individuals still believed even though their beliefs were proven wrong.

This information is quite difficult to label as fraudulent because the evidence is very compelling.  The only limitation I can identify is the seismometer itself.  If the seismometer was faulty then the evidence must be discredited.  Further experiments should be conducted on the lunar surface to confirm if this statement is in fact accurate. 

It’s difficult to discredit an actual NASA video stream because it’s highly unlikely that it’s been altered.  The lights in the background can’t be stars because of the speed at which they zip by, and the massive “donut” shaped UFO moves sporadically and even slows down before leaving the frame.  The “donut” shaped UFO image may have been caused by lens flare on the camera if the sun was present in the shot.  The flying lights in the background may have been some type of debris passing by, but that seems highly unlikely based on the speed at which they were moving.  I believe this video to be very compelling evidence of UFO existence because the images cannot be readily explained.
