     It can be snorted, smoked or dissolved in water.  Some users mix it with stimulants, such as cocaine. It is also taken clinically as an anesthetic, it usually comes in liquid form, which is packaged in small vials.

    Illegal uses:
    • The supplies of the drug have been closely monitored, so that makes it difficult to obtain.
    • It is not Illegal, but it is difficult to synthesize and traffic.
    • Traffickers are able to keep supplies, but the high surveillance, sometimes makes it expensive and difficult to buy.

  • Distorts time, space, sight and sound perception.
  • Many people who attend clubs r raves, may use Ketamine to experience hallucinations, and see color changes.
  • some people with injuries, or people who are stressed out, may use it to relax.

  • 20 percent of all drug related emergency incidents include users of the age 25 or younger.
  • Some teens are beginning to go to clubs and use fake ID's to get into said clubs, and may experiment with ketamine, as seen as it is a club drug.
  • Most teens get their wisdom teeth extracted at this time, and may be injected with Ketamine to lose consciousness during the procedure. 
  • Some teens may also get sports related injuries, and may have to take ketamine, and could possibly become addicted.
