         <description><![CDATA[<div>The main type of sugar in the blood and is the major source of energy for the body's cells. Glucose comes form the food we eat or the body can make it from other substances. Glucose is carried to the cells through the bloodstream.          <description><![CDATA[<div>A cyclical series of biochemical reactions that occur in the stroma of chloroplasts during photosynthesis. It includes the light independent reactions carbon fixation, reduction reaction and ribulose 1,5-diphosphate.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Short for Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate. A coenzyme that occurs in many living cells and functions as an electron acceptor like NAD but reacts with different metabolites.
