What does family mean to you?

Family is a safe space where I feel that I can express myself freely, and can rely on, in any situation. Even if there might be some tension or misunderstanding, we can all say that our family is the one place where we can truly be ourselves, as they have been with us our entire lives, and accept us for who we are, and are overfilling with love to give. :) It is a place where people give unconditional love, and care for each other, and have each other's backs.

Additionally, Family, in my view and opinion, need not be biological, and can also be through close friends, where you feel safe and understood, and appreciated, with mutual love, as found family. :))))

from today, I think that family is really important. i always knew that communication was important, but I didn't really know how. i think that's it's important to know that everyone faces everything different, even if you had been in the person's position before, it's important to realise that everyone has different backgrounds. we shouldn't assume what others are going through, and simply blame the back that it's someone's fault. It's important to know our values and stick to it because it affects our lives and how we live out our lives. loving people is extremely hard especially family since everyone is so close, but we should always support others in time of struggle, and create a safe barrier in our home and understand feelings well between each other.
