2 I think the title would mostly mean that men went to the mall to buy things he needed, while women went to the mall to shop for things she liked. But I think the title is a little bias, it looks like it is criticizing women, also not every men and women behave like the title

Eventhough it looks funny because of the ridiculously different distribution of the red dots and the green dots, I believe it is the result of scientific research. And it is not intentionally made humorous, it's just for conveying information: pointing out the big difference in how men and women shop.
- I do think this image makes a real point about the difference in how men and women shop, but just the majority of them. When it comes to shopping, other men and women may not behave exactly as the image.

Personally, I opine that the illustration is quite accurate for the majority of men and women. As illustrated, men tend to go straight for what they look for without looking at other products. Meanwhile, women seem to have their attention scatter everywhere, making them to have a look at products that they did not need at first but ended up buying those things.
2. In my point of view, the title "Men buy, Women shop" aims to point out how different women and men are when it comes to shopping. For men, "shopping" is just an activity done on a daily basis in order to buy what they need. For women, on the other hand, "shopping" is about the experience gained while purchasing products. 1, In my opinion, the image intends to be humorous because the lines seem to be disorganized. I think the image makes a real point about the difference in how men and women show since it points out that men usually shop on purpose, they buy what they aim for and then leave. But woman tend to window shopping, they buy what they want, not what they aim for 

2, I think this title point out that men only go to the shop and buy what they need and what they aim for while women are more likely to stick around and look for what they want and window shopping
