         <description><![CDATA[<p>I really like to write about my daily life, like the sad and happy moments to remember them later on when I read my journal. Also is very helpful for me to write in it because it helps me to feel better and forget about what was bothering me. I feel peaceful when I finish writing and seeing my thoughts in the paper and is good to take at least a few minutes a day to relax.  </p>]]></description>
