While there's still plenty left for human workers to do when it comes time to find candidates from all walks-of-life, observing how screening takes place early on can show you what trends may be coming next.</p><p>Equity: </p><p>Pros: The software has a potential to find the strongest candidates for the job place and offer productive worker for the team. </p><p>Cons: the biases of the program will exclude the candidates that have better social skills, but poor job related ones. however, those employees could be useful to create diversity in the workplace and offer a worker who is hungry to work</p><p><br/></p><p>Accessibility:</p><p>Pros: Not every candidate has a monitor and pc in order to pass the interview, properly, therefore, the software allows the candidates join through their mobile phones and strong processors are not required. </p><p>Cons: Paying for extra benefits.
