Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. It might cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have a rapid heartbeat.

It can be a normal reaction to stress.

For example, you might feel anxious when faced with a difficult problem at work, before taking a test, or before making an important decision. It can help you to cope.

The anxiety may give you a boost of energy or help you focus. But for people with anxiety disorders, the fear is not temporary and can be overwhelming.( National Institute of Mental Health, 2018)

The symptoms may affect daily activities, such as relationships, schoolwork, and job performance.

GAD is a generalized anxiety disorder. Normal problems such as health, money, work, and family concern people with GAD. However, their concerns are too much, and they have them nearly every day for at least six months.

Panic attacks occur in people who suffer from panic disorder. These are abrupt, recurring intervals of extreme fear when there is no danger. The attacks happen quickly and may last for several minutes or longer.

People with phobias fear very much anything that doesn't pose any real danger. They may be afraid of spiders, flying, crowds, or being in social situations (called social anxiety).

Anxiety has no known cause.

Genetics, brain biology and chemistry, stress, and your surroundings may have an impact.

Psychotherapy can help you identify and alter disturbing behaviors, emotions, and thoughts. It should concentrate on your particular needs and anxieties in order to be effective.

With some anxiety disorders, acceptance and commitment therapy may be beneficial. To reduce anxiety and discomfort, it employs techniques like goal setting and mindfulness.

Anti-anxiety and some antidepressants are medications used to treat anxiety disorders. For certain kinds of anxiety disorders, some medications may work better. You should collaborate closely with your physician to determine which medication is best for you. The most common Anemia is a condition where the body lacks sufficient iron to produce hemoglobin, leading to fatigue, weakness, and concentration problems. caused by a deficiency of vitamin D, calcium, or phosphate, resulting in weak bones and skeletal deformities. The health consequences in the nutritional deficiencies can negatively impact child growth, cognitive development, and immune system function. In adults, they can lead to chronic diseases and severe complications.Obesity is defined as an excess of body fat that can lead to serious health problems. Major causes include an imbalance between calories consumed and expended, genetic factors, a high-calorie and low-nutrient diet, and a sedentary lifestyle. There are two types of problems like insulin resistance related to obesity can lead to this chronic disease.and cardiovascular diseases that is excess weight can increase the risk of hypertension, coronary heart disease, and stroke. One of the problems is that the good food is very expensive and that could be a problem for the nutricion.
