I’m a motivated and positive student who is passionate about health, wellbeing, and helping others. I enjoy working as part of a team and have built strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking through my academic studies and extracurricular activities. My background in science, along with experiences like being part of the Boy Scouts, playing music in bands, and volunteering at events, has helped me grow both personally and academically. My goal is to become a dietitian so I can use my knowledge to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Plans and Ambitions

I chose to study in the UK because I wanted to experience a new culture while getting a high-quality education. The University of Nottingham stood out to me because of its welcoming environment and the excellent pathways programme that will prepare me for studying Nutrition and Dietetics. I’m excited to explore subjects like food science, health promotion, and the role of diet in disease prevention. After finishing my degree, I hope to qualify as a registered dietitian and work with communities to help people live healthier lives. In the future, I would also love to be involved in public health campaigns and education programmes.
