It means this dish is originally Chinese, but it can have an Australian style as well. So we went to hotpot restaurants and ate dishes, and shared our feelings about the dishes.
Like, "This hotpot doesn't seem like original Chinese hotpot. I can taste the Australian flavor in this food. The beef taste is a little bit different from the original one in China'."

Lucky:
1. More than 30kinds of Chinese medical herbs and spices were prepared in the pot.
2. Hotpot can maintain the normal temperature of the dishes because of the electronics.
3. The dishes have various ingredients and they are healthy.

Jiwon: It might sound weird we chose a Asian restaurant for this task. But It could be meaningful because there is such a huge Asian community in Australia. - What I ate was Szechwan Spicy Soup, kind of the signature dish in this restaurant. I felt that there is a large gap between a meat quality with Australia and Korea. Here, the lamb and beef were more fresh and flavorful. Also, I could get more various ingredients here than in Korea's Hotpot restaurant. I’ve never eaten a Yuzo before but I could try it here, and I found that the Yuzo is really soft and delicious. It felt like VERY SOFT bread. It was a good experience to try to eat new ingredients that I've never tried before.

2. Sanitary
- Sanitary was good. Every dishes looked so clean and fresh. And there were no bugs in the restaurant.

3. Service
- I asked staff that if Hotpot has nuts in or not, because of the allergy, then staff went to the kitchen to get the ingredient info. Fortunately, she said there were no nuts on my dish. As the allergy info is quite important for me, her attempt to ask for the kitchen seemed very kind.

4. The price
- I ate the lunch menu. So I could get a discount! I don’t know how different the lunch price and dinner price exactly, but it was really nice.

5. Easy to get there or not

(1)Sydney's hot pot is less spicy than China's and meat is fresher than China. 
(2)There are more kinds of vegetables than in China. different vegetables have different nutrition. 
(3)compared with Haidilao hot pot chongqing hot pot in China has much less dipping ingredients. eg :no diced beef no beef sauce
2. Sanitary
it's very sanitary. The table and chairs are clean. The floor is very clean without dirt. 
it can be seen from the food that sanitation is very good. 
3. Service
Australian students are on holiday, so the shop is now on sale. there is a big discount for three people. 
I saw a recommendation on the social networking site to eat in this store, saying it tasted good and the price was very friendly. 
5. Easy to get there or not
very easy to get there. it's only three stops from Macquarie station to chatswood station, no need to change. 1. Food 
Fresh ingredients and tidy table and chair feel comfortable. Soup is not that spicy. But you should remember thats a Asian food. 

2. Sanitary
Almost perfect. Fresh ingredients, clean dishes, spoon and chopsticks, even floor. I couldn't check a kitchen.

3. Service
She was not that sweet but she answered some question. It was not that bad.

4. The price
You can save money if you go together. 2people get 10% discount, 3 people 20%. It's quite reasonable price. Also there are different price between lunch time with dinner time. Dinner one is more expensive and more different kinds of ingredients. 

5. Easy to get there or not
It's really easy to get from the chatswood station.
