The role of pH as a buffer for maintaining surrounding condition, enzyme characteristics and factors that influence its kinetics, catabolism and anabolism processes will be discussed together with their applications in life. Biochemical reactions in photosynthesis, aerobic and anaerobic metabolism will also be included.</div>]]></description>
