I recently graduated with a Doctoral Degree in Business Psychology from The Chicago School. I have a Masters Degree in IO Psychology from TCS as well. My undergraduate degree is a dual degree in Sociology & Cultural Anthropology.

Additionally, I have worked in Human Resources for over 25 years. I take pride in understanding the nuances of corporate America and I value sharing my experiences with students within the classroom environment.

I see my career as a bridge between the classroom and the workplace. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in human resources and organizational development, I’ve had the opportunity to design leadership academies, coach executives, and create programs that help people grow into their full potential. In the classroom, I draw from these real-world experiences to make learning practical, relatable, and engaging. My time as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Ambassador at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology gave me the foundation to teach, mentor, and foster inclusive environments where every student feels seen and supported. Whether I’m facilitating a leadership workshop or guiding a classroom discussion, my goal is always the same: to inspire growth, connect theory with practice, and prepare learners for success in both their professional and personal journeys.
