From my understanding, Mansi teaches CS to grades 9-12 using mostly Scratch and python.  In addition, she builds curriculum for k-8.

My name is Clayton Jones and I teach Math and Computer Science at Arlington High School. Currently the only course I teach is CS Principles, using code.org's curriculum.

At it's base level, the app asks the user to input the way they are travelling and then asks for the distance they are planning on travelling. It then outputs a "trip score" for them and a suggestion for future travels. The score is currently mostly arbitrary, but it is meant to follow a model that gives a "better" score if you are making good travelling choices.  In addition to the score, the app gives you a suggestion about how to travel next time if you want to improve your score.

Built out, we would like the app to function using location tracking, which would allow the interface to only have to ask for the type of travel that the user was using. In addition, we envision other additions such as daily tracking, long term tracking, comparison data, social connections, and education.
