My name is Arthur, I'm 22 years old, I live in Indaiatuba, I study Information Security at Fatec in Americana and work at IBM in Hortolandia. I work remotely so this makes my day-to-day life easier, my days are limited to work, training and taking care of my little sister, my hobbies are playing online games and training muay thai.

2-Do you prefer to talk on your own or in a team?
I prefer to work with a team, as each one has a different view on the topics discussed, each one has different knowledge and experiences, so I can absorb knowledge and learning.

3-What are your strenghts?
I am very observant, perceptive and adaptive.

4-What are your weaknesses?
I'm a little unmotivated and have problems with punctuality

5-Why should the company hire you?
The company should consider hiring me because I bring valuable teamwork skills, leveraging the diversity of knowledge and experience of colleagues to learn and grow. Furthermore, my observant and adaptive nature will contribute to solving problems in an effective and innovative way.

Five years from now, I see myself as a highly experienced and qualified professional in my current career, accumulating knowledge and skills to later realize my dream of starting and launching my own business, seeking innovation and success in the business world.
