One of my favorite bands is Black Flag because they're so angry and fast. They made a big impact on me. I always tried to bottle everything up like anger, frustration, and sadness. Black Flag helped me vent because it was so angry and before them i never heard anything so raw and enthralling. Dogs are very dear to me because they're just so loyal and are always around. My first dog was also a Rottweiler. Any time I'd cry, feel sad, or was just bored he'd come to me and start licking me. He was also very protective, to the point where if someone he didn't know touched me he'd go berserk. Elephants are my favorite animal. The reason being that they're just gentle giants that go about. Dumbo is also an influence. I also rode one once at the Del Mar Fair when I was little and it was surreal. I was on an elephant. But then I didn't know about the bad conditions and abuse they could through at events like that. My favorite show of all time will always be The Simpsons. They hold a dear place in my heart because they're one of the first things that pops into my head when i think about my childhood. I remember going to the tv with my brother at exactly 8pm because that's when they would show it. And the laughs will always stick with me. Like Black Flag, Iron Maiden made a huge impact on me. I remember before my brother showed them to me I really didn't care about music. I just wasn't interested. But then my brother one day just blasted them on the computer and I happened to be around him. The song was Hallowed Be Thy Name, and i fell in love the second i heard that bell and Bruce's powerful voice. Religion, cults, beliefs, and everything related to that has always captivated. I'm a very curious person and hearing about all these practices and ceremonies and beliefs interests me so much. Some are so radical and out there and others so absurd. That's the fun part though. I do find some that captivate me more than others. Like Aleister Crowley and Thelema, the religion he founded. I detest what teachers have come to. It used to be about people that genuinely wanted to educate kids that know nothing about our history or our english language. As cliche as it is, one of my favorite things is to just drive at night wether it be alone or with a friend or friends. I get an euphoric feeling when the window is down and the cold air is hitting my face, the music is perfect and appropriate to the setting, and someone is there to share the feeling with. Talking about whatever is in our minds and the only people to witness it and partake are those in the car. Or just simply being alone to think and drive.
