2. Bobby probably made all of the mistakes because he was not very committed to get a high grade, he had no interest on doing it (did not care), etc.

If he did this next time it would be easier for him to realize his mistakes as well as fix them. He also didn't thoroughly explain and elaborate on his answers.
2.  Bobby did not use the material he was given, which could've greatly improved his grade. He had the resources, but you could tell he wasn't using them because many points were missing from his work. He did not do what was expected of him. I can see this, because his work was very rushed and he just quickly skimmed over his answers. Again, he didn't really elaborate much on his answers and just made a statement. He would need evidence to back up his statement for the next time.
3.  Next time he should look through and pay more attention to what was expected of him. You could really tell that he wasn't paying too much attention and was just trying to get the work done.
