         <description><![CDATA[<p>I really like the 5 X 5 format of the TIM. It breaks the framework into 5 characteristics of the learning environment and 5 levels of technology integration. This establishes a matrix of 25 total cells to describe or name the targeted use of technology on any given day, for any lesson being taught by any teacher. It seems to be a very versatile tool that all administrators can use and teachers can understand. </p>]]></description>
