that´s the solution so the goverment wouldn´t be back to the wall and the people will stop suffering.

The government of the countries with this problem is the one who should have taken this initiative a long time ago. However, currently, we can start a voluntary campaign to raise funds and get the construction of these plants.

We can do a campaign to the most rich people in Monclova, other states or other countries. The main idea is go to the parts of the city to help them, do a banquet and we can do some to win some money to states help others  states or countries.And do all this from the heart, without expecting anything in return other than the smiles of the people we are helping, which is what the foundation is for.

It is necessary that these initiatives come from the competent authorities, since many citizens are not aware of the danger that these products pose to both aquifers and seawater. In this sense, a good example of products that are harmful to water would be pesticides used indiscriminately in agriculture.
