Freedom of Speech is the most significant protection in the Bill of Rights because it allowed citizens to have an valuable opinion in important matters of the society. It also took away the fear in people of rejection and speaking up since monarchs would drag them to jail or even kill them.
Habeas Corpus was also crucial because it protected people from being tortured unfairly. It also limited the power of monarchs in citizens lives.

I believe that Habeas Corpus and Punishment are the . most significant protections of the Bill of rights. In an absolute monarchy the king would often be unfair to its citizens and kill and torture them for crimes who did not call for that extreme sort of punishment.
Under this new principle an dEnglish citizen could not be placed in jail without being charged with a specific crime. They were also protected from torture and sever punishments for which the crime didn't call for.

The two most significant protections of the Bill of Rights are:
- The Habbeas Corpus and Punishment because I think that what the monarchs did of accusing anybody and kill them was wrong, and it was better when you had to blame them guilty for a specific crime.
-The freedom of speech was also very significant because it let you express all of your ideas freely. They could be shut down by the Parliament but at least they could say their ideas out loud.

I believe that the most most significant is Trial by Jury. It is the most important because it sets boundaries and consequences on whom decides to do wrong and a fair descicion for example to determine if he or she did it. If it werent for this murder would not be trialed including other felonies, further affects us in the modern time because a lot of people are judged badly on crimes you could be sent to jail for a crime you did not commit and the trial helps with this.

I believe freedom of speech was one of the most significant protections in the bill of rights. It gave you the security to express yourself the way you want and to not be worried about what others will do to you. It helped to promote new crazy ideas because before freedom of speech if you said that the king was doing something wrong he would kill you but after that protection he did't have that power anymore. It also led way to a probably more united nation since thoughts and ideas could be shared more thoroughly thanks to the free expression and honesty conversations took after freedom of speech existed.

I think the most important and significant were Freedom of Speech and Habeas Corpus. It's important to have some kind of solid evidence of the "crime" that certain person did. Habeas Corpus is a way of avoiding to torture or destroy someones life that is innocent. Freedom of Speech give people a chance of being themselves and having their own beliefs. It lets people think for themselves and have their perspectives about everything.

Both of these protect a prosecutor when they are being charged for committing a crime. The Trial by Jury: An English citizen accused of a crime had the right to a trial by jury in which the monarch had no authority.

I believe the two most important protections were freedom of speech in discussions and the principle of habeas corpus. Freedom of speech is very important because it established the foundations for expression and speaking without fear of being jailed. Habeas Corpus is important as well because it gave the people a chance to fight for their lives instead of just being at the mercy of the monarch.

I personally believe that the most important protections were habeas corpus and punishment given that back then, monarchs did whatever they desired and people could be punished very harshly for crimes not that severe, even worse, they could rot in jail for a crime they did not commit. With this, people have a lot more protection and rulers have now restrictions and can not do everything they want.
