If Marie Antoinette hadn't married King Louis XVI, the king may have been more involved in the community instead of being with someone that fuels his passion for riches. Maybe if Marie Antoinette was older and more mature she might have been able to influence the King to listen to the people. Marie Antoinette was too young too understand how to rule, she was more focused on the luxury life as queen.

Since he didn't have experience he put higher taxes on 3rd estate in order to try and get money to get out of debt. When bad things arose he didn't know how to react.

Three groups of people affected by Monarchical Disinterest were the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Estates, this is because of three main reasons.
1. The 2nd Estate began to struggle because of loss f money due to the Monarchs spending without thinking. This connects to point two because...
2. The 3rd Estate was growing due to higher taxes putting more strain on the people of the 3rd Estate. People who were falling into the 3rd Estate from the 2nd Estate were going into poverty and many died because the Monarchs didn't care about their people dying or the rough conditions the 3rd Estate people had to live in. This ties into the third point because....
3. The 1st Estate was getting the backlash from the Monarch's money spending and refusal to invest themselves in problems throughout the kingdom. These problems were pushed onto some of the 1st Estate, and many stole from and did nasty things in envy for the seemingly unaffected 1st Estate.

Even in ancient cultures, toilets and plumbing were viewed as a status symbol, and this didn’t change with the invention of the flushing toilet. The third estate felt degraded by their lack of indoor plumbing, and saw the upper two estates spending money on toilets while they were so poor that they couldn’t buy food and were starving to death. This fed their pre-existing anger towards the estate system and caused the French Revolution. In addition, like any new invention, toilets were very expensive. The royals and upper classes spent money on toilets that could have been better spent helping the country’s poor economy, rather than growing the lavish lifestyle that Marie-Antoinette and other royals already lived.
