This rule can have someone family members sent to prison of they are convicted of a serious crime, this is so they can wipe out the 'seed'. North Korea has a access to non- state-controlled media, this law makes "all domestic media outlets are owned by the one-party state and no reporting is allowed that isn't sanctioned by the government." Another law is practicing christianity. Christianity face arrest and being sent to a labour camp. As such Christians are forced to worship in secret and some don’t initiate their children into their religion due to the risks.
