1)Quality issues 
 
Check the review of the seller to ensure that the quality of the item will be good. Also, check the sizing chart provided in order to get the right size. 

2) Additional charges
Remember to check whether there is a minimum amount needed in order to get free delivery or else there will be additional delivery fee.
3) Lack of security 
Online shop can work with some internet security company to ensure that customer's person information won't be stolen by hackers so that customer will feel safe to shop online.

You don’t have 100% look and feel of the product, there are chances you won’t like the product after it got delivered. Especially when shopping on non-reputed sites, you have to reconsider your option as there might be issues when using their return policy.

Lack of Customer Support 
Many websites don’t provide proper customer support after the purchase or while doing online shopping. While shopping customer may get stuck in between or may get confused about the size of the product and may want to discuss but there is not quick support provided by the websites.  Online stores provide email address but it’s not sufficient as you may not get the reply immediately or may not get the reply at all. 

Delivery problem 
Some websites inform the delivery time immediately after the purchase of the product, but not all. If the purchased clothes that you are expecting to wear on a particular occasion and if the delivery is delayed by days then there will be no use of doing online shopping.
