One thing I learned actively was when I learned to bushhog.  I had an understanding of it however it took a couple of times actually doing it for me to know how much to have drag on and off.

Another example of using constructive learning that I have used is when we would have several emergency calls back to back and wouldn't have time to restock before going on the next one. Another authentic example that I have experienced is driving a car. Yes you have an understanding of what everything is to take the test but I learned how to actually drive by doing it. Another cooperative example that I have experienced is working with people to get the insurance policies that they need. I have taken the knowledge that I have learned by doing and take their knowledge of their own finances and together we come up with a policy that is right for them.
