Next, the second success strategies that this company use is they have train all of their crews, captains and the engineer to repair and check up the plane into the most best one because all of them have get the best training and practical and now they are known as the professional, include the global safety standards after they graduated from the famous university and AirAsia company have confident of believe the services that they provide to their customers are good and have combine with the word that they say "One for all" and "all for one". Besides that, other strategies that use by AirAsia is the plane in this company have set a new rules that are do not have business class which means more guest share the cost of one flight. The purpose that the company make decision of this action is because so that every customers can get the same and cheaper price of the ticket. Then, the third success strategies that use by the one of the plane is known as a A320  is can help it to save a lot of fuel on each of the airline even this strategies can also make the customers to pay less money and can fly more because of this Wingtip device. Moreover, AirAsia also apply the strategies of  fare bucket system that are each plane seat have divide into three categories that are Promo Fares, Discounted fares and full price fares that can help some of the poor people to buy the ticket when the promotion come out. When the travel day get closer that will cause the price of the ticket to increase so they have advice their customer to grab early and can enjoy the low fares. Next, the service carrier is no frill and just the essentials so that can give a good services to their customers. The AirAsia company have also provide many different services such as the insurance of flight, hot meals and baggage to their customers  but the personalised  customer can only pick the services that they need and can save their cost  and that mean they do not need to spend  unecessary  and the customers can also use the online website of AirAsia to pre-book their necessities such as the baggage that need to transport and send or can also order the hot meal on the plane for saving their cost. The next strategies that this company use is they have organise a big loyalty program that the customers can earn the point to redeem their next flights  and  they can make purchases to the membership card to store the point by each times they use the plane. Before the plane want to landing will turn around about 25 minutes so that show more time on the air and less time on the ground even the board and disembark guest with stairs instead of narrow bridge which can save the cost  because this strategies can help the workers and the customers walk to the plane in a short period of time to save their time. Besides, AirAsia also provide Fare Bucket System that is made up with promo, discounted and full-priced fares, so  if the customer buy early, they can get cheaper price.                       (iii)<strong>Useful design for airbus</strong>              -The Wing Tip Device make A320 more fuel efficient and it allow to fly more and reduce the price.           (iv)<strong>Promotion  </strong>                                   -AirAsia's Big Loyalty Programme allows us to earn points from purchasing to redeem the next flight.                                                         <strong>Question 2</strong>                                                 Yes. AirAsia do practice the relationship market. It provides a promotion to their customer:Big Loyalty Programme to let their customer earn points from purchasing to redeem the next flight or discount. The cabin crew, pilots, engineers and ground operation staffs are graduates from an academy that train these people to be the best.They also have global safety standards. The crews are multi-talented too.<br>(ii) Great facilities<br>- They have 180 single class seats, no business class and the plane operate on a fleet of airbus A320. It also have streamlined maintenance because they are operating on a type aircraft. Features like wing tip device make the plane as fuel efficient and fly more.<br>(iii) Promotions<br>- The fares are based on fare bucket system which has 3 categories that is promo fare, discounted fare and full priced fare so that people can buy according to their affordable fares. The customers have to buy the tickets if they want the cheaper price because when the travel dates become closer the price will increase.<br>(iv) Other facilities<br>- Baggage, seat selections, insurance and hot meals. The main thing here is it is not compulsory to choose all the facilities. Just choose whatever you want and save the cost. Not only that, they also operate a 25 minute turn around to make sure they spend less time on ground and more time in the air. They use steps instead of narrow air bridge to save cost. They also keep their flights in four hours radius and they have many hubs in asia and beyond asia.<br><br>2. AirAsia practices relationship marketing because Airasia have a program that let the customers to earn point for every purchases which Airasia Big Loyalty Program. With the points earned, the customers also can redeem the points for their flights. Not only the purchases in Airasia, the customers also can get point when they are doing online purchases such as Zalora. They also send emails regarding the promotions frequently to their Big Loyalty members. This way makes them to create a very good relationship between their customers and them. In the same time, the sales increases for them and we can enjoy the best.<br><br></div>]]></description>
