Throughout medieval times Europe was having a dark age, but in the Middle East Muslims were having a golden age. The Muslims were well educated in math, science, creative when it came to poems, and best of all they were thinking outside the box when it came to medicine. Muslims were creating and using medication, they weren't putting leeches on other people or spitting on a wound like Europe was. They were using science and testing different herbs to cure a variety of sicknesses and diseases. In fact, they had doctors who would treat patients or other people who are hurt or sick. They didn't have to rely on their families knowledge or pray to there God or Gods to help them get well. An example of a doctor is Ibn Sina he became a doctor at the age of 16 and was well known for his profession and use of medicine. Without medication would you be here, millions of people would have died, the black death would have killed millions of more people. Therefore the most impressive achievement that Muslims made during medieval times was the creation of medicine.

Hundreds of years ago, a golden age had hit the Middle East. This allowed the Muslims to learn and achieve many great things. One of their most popular achievements would be their literature. Poetry was common among muslim writers, telling stories of battles and adventure. Some topics that were frequently used were things like religion and culture. These writings helped promote faith and spread their practices around the world. Rabiah al-Adawiyya, a muslim poet, encouraged others to worship God without the hope of a reward through her writing. Another popular piece called "Aladdin and His Magic Lamp", had spread up into Europe and was altered each time the story was told. This is why I believe this is one of their greatest accomplishments.

When Europe was having the "Dark Ages" the muslims were having a golden age filled with modern technology. Some of the best achievements are literature and medicine. Literature was a big topic for the medieval age, the muslims were writing poems. While they were writing poems the europeans were writing epics and that was a good thing because they were very similar. Medicine was also a big subject for the medieval times. The muslims were creating hospitals and curing modern diseases. While the muslims were doing modern medicine the europeans were spiting on wounds and putting leaches on people. The muslims were a very advanced civilization for ancient times. The muslims were in a golden age and they were doing better than the europeans at this time and creating modern achievements.

Industrial growth

I think the industrial growth of the islamic golden age was their best achievement.

Wind power was a big step to achieving industrial growth. A variety of industrial mills were being used in the Islamic community, this includes fulling mills, grist mills, hullers, sawmills, ship mills, stamp mills, steel mills sugar mills, tide mills and windmills.

Muslim engineers also invented crankshafts and water turbines, that used gears in mills and water-raising machines, that influenced the use of dams as sources of water power, used to provide more power to watermills and water-raising machines. These advances made it possible for many industrial inventions that were usually done by man labour in ancient times to be mechanicalized and done by machinery instead of the medieval Islamic world.

During this time there was a large number of polymath scholars, known as “Hakeems” who influenced the industrial growth within the islam community.
During this period, artists, engineers, scholars, poets, philosophers, geographers and traders in the Islamic world contributed to agriculture, the arts, economics, industry, law, literature, navigation, philosophy, sciences, sociology, and technology, both by preserving earlier traditions and by adding inventions and innovations of their own.

The use of these technologies to medieval Europe had an influence on the Industrial Revolution.

In this time Europe was having a Dark Age while the Muslims were having a Golden Age because of the many acheivements they have made in the Golden
Age . The most impressive acheivement was Medicine. Medicine has grown so much since the Muslims, health care became more accessible to citizens. Then came the traveling doctors that was needed for citizens and visted jails when needed. These doctors were trained and began building hospitals in the cities. In modern day health care is accesible to more people and have made great changes in the world today. Therefore, Muslims have saved lives and made medicine great for todays ages. One scholar that helped make this possible is Muhammad al-Razi, he was the head physician at Baghdad's chief hospital, wrote books on medicine, including studies on smallpox and measles. He beleived that if doctors were hopeful with their patients, recovery would be faster.

They found ways to treat cataracts. they would draw out liquids from the lenses or eyes with a needle. Muslims also changed the flavors of bitter medicines into sweet-tasting syrups and gum. Muhammad al-Razi wrote many books on medicine and ways to treat diseases.

There moving it towards math and not there icons. They start with a circle then they go from there. They can divide into as many sections as they want. They took the idea from the Romans and Persians. They put grid marks to make it there best work.
