         <title>The Perfectionist</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Among the 6 style of procrastination, I think the style that suits me the best is the perfectionist because I'll always have a high expectation towards my works to be good and perfect. So, usually I will plan and arrange my works early so that the results will come out precisely like what I want it to be. But this habit of mine only applied to myself as I'm not really strict with other people's work as long as the results of their works achieve my expectation.&nbsp; In my opinion, sometimes it is good to be a perfectionist because you put a lot of efforts in order to produce a great outcome from your works but you have to know how to control it so that it won't affect your work progress and other people as well.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Out of the 6 styles of procastination, I'm leaning towards the third which is The Worrier. I'm always overthinking on the possible outcomes that might happen if I don't do certain things. I worry too much up to a point that sometimes I can't start the task because I do not believe that I am able to do it. However, those are just mind games. I let my anxiety push me around when in reality, I can excel the difficult tasks. I'm still trying to figure out ways I can lessen this habit of mine so it doesn't get in the way of me trying to be the best version of myself.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>The Dreamer</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I just know that there are actually six types of procrastination and i think i am The Dreamer: good at planning and scheming but get easily frustrated by the practical&nbsp; and reality of sitting down to do the hard work. I find it easy to give up when the material i need to complete a task is hard to obtained. Therefore, even though I have planned the time well for each task, when this problem comes on my way, I feel the task that I have been work on will turn out with no quality and this cause me to procrastinate. So what I did to overcome this problem is forcing myself to complete assignments and try my very best to submit an excellent work to my lecturers.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>The Dreamer</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The style of procrastination that explain me the best is the dreamer. I have a weekly planner where I take note of the due dates and assignments I have so that I won’t miss any of it but even it is well planned, I can’t finish it before the time I set for each of the task. There is so many distraction that I tend use as excuses to postponed the task that I should be doing by the time. This habit of procrastinating I had leads to last minute work especially on difficult task. I actually have not figured out the solution for this as I’m still dealing with it. As I learned about this types of procrastination, I think the best solution is to set a specific goals for each day. I have to break down the plan into small task and take action right away for example, do a specific task at specific time and focus.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Among the six styles of procrastination, I would say that I am more of a Dreamer. That is because I tend to let myself drown by visualizing things and not carrying them out. I am a person who is just good at planning and strategizing, even compassing. But the downside is that when it comes to performing the task, I tend to throw myself in an upset situation when I could not finish. I fantasize in my world, free of the consequences of others&#39; actions. Whenever I try to finish something that I started, I let myself drown in distractions and end up not completing what I was doing in the first place. That has led me to procrastinate, especially whenever the exam is around the corner and my cutoff assignments. To overcome this, I have been keeping track of things and putting up a timeline, and I made sure to write down everything on the calendar so that I don&#39;t miss anything. By doing so, I had managed to overcome my procrastination.</title>
