1, Research – Before analysing and deciding a solution to a problem, you most find out what caused the problem, what impelled the issues, how did it come about, what linked to it. Is there a solution to the problem, if yes is the suggested solution an adequate one?  

2, Evaluate –What will be the impact of the problem now and in the future? From the assessment, has the solution be assessed disparagingly, what will be the impact of the changes. The solution provide is it a lasting one.
