This would mean that I need to leave behind the people and places I've always known, which is absolutely a big step out from my conforts. Thinking about it, it might feel overwhelming at first because a whole new place means that I would have to deal with things in a whole new environment. I would have to meet with new people and learn how to live in a completely different place. Some challenges that I could face are: making new friends, fitting in, and handling situations with my own strength without using much support from my family and friends.

This sounds like a huge risk to take. It could be scary and a bit difficult. However, I think this kind of process in necessary for a person to grow. Moving to an entirely different place could help me grow independently.

Summarizing the above, while moving away from where I am used to now could be a huge risk to encounter. But sometimes, I think taking a risk like this is necessary for fulfilling our lives.

A smart risk is to try something new. For example, apply to an English speech contest. This experience would help us improve our English skills and overcome our fear of presenting in front of people.

A dumb risk is to walk on a roof with no assistance. This will risk our lives and hurt ourselves.

Therefore, the difference between a smart risk and a dumb risk is whether it makes you grow or produce nothing.

A smart risk is to challenge in new things. This leads to have new experience. For example to go study abroad and jump in to new enviroment. This leads to have new benefited experiences to future life. On the other hand, a dump risk make you put them in a critical situation. For example, leaving homework until due date without scheduling. This make in critical situation.

In consequence difference between a smaret risks and dump risk is how make future better and make you progress.

There is some situation, for example at exams, you have 2 choices you think is the right answer, but you have to choose until the end of the exam. The question alone, might don't directly affect our life decisions, but 1 mistake could affect the grades and you could end up some where it was not your 1st choice. Which is a risk, that you maybe have to take. And here are times in your life when you have to choose the university you want to go or the job you take, which affects our lives in a huge way. I think that is the best and the simplest example I can think of.

I also think that normal divers ( oceans ) are also risk taking because they might be eaten by giant creatures in water.
