Class struggle is the idea of conflict between workers and management (different social classes colliding). The workers have the advantage of using strikes that'll cause the company to lose money, and the employers have the advantage of firing them and hiring other people who're willing to work.

My understanding of class struggle is that its about a people who are separated or people that have something in common who are put in groups and usually may be oppressed in some way. I think that its important to understand the different ways that there could be class struggle. When there is a struggle between different classes the class that is usually higher up has the better advantage unless the class doesn't have as much power unite together.

I have learned that class struggle is when difference of struggle within social classes. I think it is important to remember that money and finances play a bigger role. Employers have the advantage of choosing the pay and how stays and who doesn’t but the workers also have the advantage of them not agreeing with that and for example choosing to go on strike.

What is important about understanding about Class Struggle; I think that an important thing about understanding about Class Struggle is the difference between both factions and how each have different worries. What advantages each side has over the other is that the much more higher class have more power compared to lower classes, while the lower class receive more help from the government and the right to have unions and strikes.

Its important to understnd that in class struggle many emotions are involved that either keep the struggle at a standstill or inspire change. I think class struggle refers to a capitalist method that keeps companies at a high and everyone else in a low. They make us think that there is a way to achieve at least a middle class, yet come hard with taxes and additional things that come out of our already minimal pay.

Companies have power, they have signed contracts, the ability to fire or lay us off, they aare in charge of our pay, vacation time, etc. They dont need to be in union most of the time.

Employees have eachother, they have families, side hustles, and unfortunately emotions that drive them more than they should.

I would say that class struggle is a battle between employee and the higher ups. The one that have control are the mangers but the ones who decide how it works is the employees, for example if they go on strike the company will lose money and will be forced to give them what they want.

Class struggle is the issues/conflicts between classes. Typically between the wealthy and non-wealthy classes.

The more wealthy classes have more control over resources, while the non-wealthy classes have strength within their numbers.

The non-wealthy class are usually labor workers, this means that they can start strikes, protests, unions, etc.

Workers create unity through building a community where they can share their experiences of exploitation or frustration and shared anger, collectively coming together. While employers create division by isolating or atomizing workers and giving them different gridation of status or pay.

Class struggle is the idea that one group of people is oppressed in a way to another group of people, this can be socially or economically. In a work setting the class struggle would be between the workers and the boss. Some advantages the workers can have are going on strike or going to the media. With both of these the company can lose money.

Class struggle in my sense of understanding includes the rich having

more access to financial resources and influences over political views, and education. So like their perception and policies in their favor.

As for the working class, I feel that change is possible only with a larger population. And being able to organize quickly and innovatively.
