My friend's day out! -January

This was the day before my birthday we had been planning for months. We first went to this restaurant that had Chinese food. The restaurant we went to and my cousin Elyse didn't like it since we didn't want what we ordered since they didn't have what we originally wanted. I did enjoy spending time with my friends and talking. After we decided to go to lowes since we still wanted to hang out. The first thing I did was get into a cart and get pushed into it. We almost got caught by the workers which would have been horrible. Then later the store was playing good music and we started dancing to the music. Then we went to the chairs in lowes and we posed for pictures which was cool. Then we went home that was our first ever hang out which was very memorable.

Rewatching my childhood movie for the first time in 8 years - April

In April, I decided to rewatch one of my childhood movies for the first time in 8 years. The movie is Labyrinth. This was one of my favorite childhood movies, so it was amazing to see it again. This movie brought me many childhood memories from watching it with my grandpa for the first time. Watching it again was so cool since the soundtrack is amazing and I have almost all the songs on my playlist. Then after I watched it I ended up rewatching it on easter with my grandpa again which brought back even more memories. Watching it on easter was fun too since all my close family was there watching it together and singing along. Then later I started quoting some of the lines and using them in my everyday sentences. I even got one of my friends to watch it and he enjoyed it very much. Rewatching this movie brought so many memories back and made new ones which was fun.

Going to my first concert to see one of my favorite artist! -June

In June I had been bugging my mom to take me to this concert since this was the last time she was going to perform songs from her all 3 of her albums. It was only 10 days before her concert and my mom surprised me by telling me she bought them which I was so happy about. So with 10 days to spare, I started buying stuff for myself an outfit (a recreation of one of her old outfits). I was so prepared and excited to see her and go to my first concert ever. On the day of the concert, I spent all my time getting ready even making my hair different colors with hair wax which surprisingly came out good. When I first got to the concert and went in line to get merch I ended up getting three things one being a tote bag, a poster, and a shirt. Then the concert began and It was so memorable since hearing the song I had grown up with was so amazing. Being my first concert it was the best. The concert had some of the best props as well that went along with the songs she was performing. That was one of the best things I did during the summer.

Meeting my best friend - November

At the start of the school year, I didn't have many friends and I was alone half of the time until I met my best friend Alyssa. We started talking in P.E. and started becoming friends. We shared 3 classes and talked every day since and I never ran out of topic to talk about. We began doing work together and projects. We talk a lot about our different interests and things we like to do. We also listen to music together when we have no work to do. We encourage each other when we do have work and we also make sure we are on track and ask if we need help. We talk regularly and on the phone, always about different and fun things. We are always laughing together about several funny things. I enjoy singing to her because it makes her chuckle and me too. She like jokingly bullies me since it makes both of us start laughing. After 1 month we became best friends since we have so much in common and always have lots of things to talk about and never get bored of each other.

Seeing Wicked on Broadway for the first time! -December

For the Christmas break, my mom had bought me tickets to see Wicked on Broadway. This was so exciting for me I had loved Wicked the movie so it was very exciting to see the full story play out. I had got dressed up as Glinda with the exact dress she wore to the dance and when she sang popular I also wore a blonde wig. The theater was so beautiful but packed with lots of people since the show was sold out. Before they started there was no singing allowed which was good because it would have ruined the show. The show started just like the movie and them sing live was beautfiul hearing. Then the second part was so amazing because this part hasn't been in movie. The play was rea

lly good but sad at the end. There was also a lot of plot twists and I was shocked by some of them and enjoyed it very much. This was the best thing i did since I got to see and hear the musical and I will never forget it.
