         <description><![CDATA[<div>A potência é a igual a tensão multiplicada pela&nbsp; corrente, ou seja quanto maior a tensão menor a corrente, então a corrente não seria suficiente para aquecer a água no resistor. &nbsp;<br>O grupo concordou que SIM, pois o resistor irá funcionar, não irá queimar, porém não irá trabalhar com a mesma capacidade, o que provavelmente aconteça pouco aquecimento da água.<br><br></div>]]></description>
