Due to this, they steal, rob, and hurt those who have more than them. 

To solve this problem, governments could increase the tax and spend money on poor people. For example, they can build some facilities for homeless people or offer jobs in factories.

In other words, the punishments are not severe enough, and criminals re-offend so that they can be housed and fed in prison cells. 

The way forward might to introduce incentives for companies to offer jobs to ex-criminals, by offering tax reliefs and cash rewards.

In other words, they are uninterested and uninspired in their subject so, they choose to stay at home.

To solve this problem, schools need to give some days which they can choose lessons and teachers all day like on university courses.

The may forward might be to introduce a counseller system, where students have the opportunity to discuss personal and confidential issues in privacy.
