Around 80% of crimes committed were by guns that were obtained illegally.  The fact guns can easily be accessed without the need of a background check is atrocious. I don't see this as a change I see this as another input on how to get guns, why is a family store such as Walmart selling guns to people? Something fatal can happen to the ones living in the house, it can cause temptations to hold a gun and most of the time causes death to children.
