-Child has Cerebral Palsy. CP is a physical disability that can affect either half of body or full body. Depending on case severity, children with CP can either walk with assistance or be unable to walk and require a wheelchair.
-Child is working on social emotional development.
-During free play, I would implement games on computers or tablets. During physical activities, a child with CP may feel inhibited. Implementing non-physical games will allow the child with CP to feel included and grow their relationships with other students.
- This is an accommodation because I am changing "how" a child learns. They are learning the same thing as other students but in a way that works for them.
