At first, both houses are completely different. For example, Nora in her house does not have complete control over her life or the things she can and can't do. But in Wanda vision, she creates her own house and own reality and leaves her husband vision with no real control, which is directly opposite to A Doll's House. However, towards the end Wanda loses vision over her reality, which then becomes a lot more similar to how Nora also doesn't have control over her reality in her life. Besides the houses, the people inside of the Hex Wanda creates are also similar to Nora, as they all have no control over what they do inside of their bubble, and are controlled by someone else (Wanda and Torvald).
