Unconscious/implicit bias are judgement/stereotypes that are formed unwillingly. Explicit bias are stereotypes and prejudice indulged in or intentionally believed in. The pictures in the background depict a woman who earlier this year had verbally harassed, and later called the police on, a black man who was barbequing in a public park in his neighborhood. She had made several threats against this man and claimed that it was illegal to grill/bbq in that park and that this man was not welcomed in that area, even after he informed her that he lives in the area.

Unconscious/implicit bias is unintentional bias; you are unaware of your actions. Or it is not perfectly clear that they are being biased. An example of this could be walking to the other side of the street when you see a black man, because that is something embedded in some people's brains, and they don't even think about it. They just see a black man and do it. Explicit bias is purposeful hate; you are aware of your actions, your motives are clear. An example of this could be saying you don't like black people, plain and simple, no explanation, just making the statement. I think the first picture is implicit racism, the second picture is explicit racism.

Implicit bias is a judgemnent/ perception or steryostypes you have of someone. For example A group of white people come up to A group olf African-Americans and ask them if they all like watermelon, and to some this might just seem like a question, but actually it is a sterotype African- Americans like eating watermelon.
An example of explicit bias would be: A white male or female seeing a African-American male in a store and automatically because they are African-American, the white male/ or female thinks they are stealing because they have a perception that African American male steal. An example of uncounscious bias is an African-American girl is sitting in class and A student of a different, lighter color walks by and dosent approche her, because her uncounscious bias kicks in telling her African-American are mean and are not approchable.
The picture in the back ground is of a lady who called the police on a African-American male who was grilling in park , the l.ady claimed that it was illigal to grill in that park, but it was legal.
