The second session of this module, which is a continuation and complement of the previous session. Types of communication were discussed.
In general, communication can be divided into two classes, the first is verbal communication and the second is non-verbal communication, and in these sessions, we will divide the paragraph and discuss verbal communication.
1- Intrapersonal communication, this type of communication is a person's relationship with his personality. And it is one of the most basic types of relationships that human beings are required to have. Because this type of communication calculates a person's capacity and guides a person's personality to somehow endure in a complex and have other types of communication. In this type of relationship, he/she should have a sincere relationship with himself and try to be honest with himself. So that you can walk with yourself. And be able to get good results from his/her conversations with his character.
2- Interpersonal communication
In this type of communication, it is out of personal frameworks and we have to interact with another character outside of ourselves. In this, we speak and another person listens, and when he speaks, we must listen. When she/he is the sender, I have to be the receiver. And if it is out of the ordinary, this kind of communication will not continue.
3- Small Group Communication
This type of relationship occurs when we are in a relationship with more than two people. In this type of communication, the number of people in the group is small and there is an opportunity for each member of the group to talk and participate.
4- When the number of people in the group is very large and there is no opportunity for everyone to talk and participate, this type of communication is public communication. Here one person gives a speech and plays the role of the sender and the others are the listener and the receiver.
And most of this type of communication is to entertain, inform and convince the listeners.
In the following, we discussed the characteristics of people with excellent communication, and several characteristics were mentioned, the most important of which are:
• Active listening Adaptability - adapting your communication styles to support the situation • Clarity Confidence and assertiveness • Constructive feedback - giving and receiving it Emotional intelligence - identifying and managing your emotions, as well as other people's emotions Empathy • Interpersonal skills - social skills which are especially useful in building strong rapports • Interpretation of body language - this will help you understand how someone is feeling • Open-mindedness Patience • Simplifying the complex Storytelling.
In the continuation of this session, the subject of presentation and types of presentation were discussed. The continuation of the issue was postponed to the third session.

In both sessions, we generally divided the class into two parts. In the first part of both sessions, which took most of the class time, Friends started the class with their presentations and their ideas that they had prepared for the pre-defined topics. And in the continuation and the last part of the class, the teacher continued the topic of the previous session, which is what is a presentation and what are the requirements for a complete presentation, and talking about non-verbal communication.
In the first part, according to the work presented by my friends and the points that the teachers had in mind, I was able to find out my shortcomings and weaknesses.
1- We should not read at all.
2- The expression of the subject should be a nymph that can be understood by the general listeners (receivers).
3. The topics presented should be categorized into a complaint that is easy and simple for the listener.
4- The tools used to present are attractive to the extent of the listeners (software, slides, writings, colors, and photos)
5. Be receptive to criticism, as much as you can from these criticisms to help advance the character and manner.
6- Work in a group and accept the responsibilities that membership in the group creates.
Of course, the topics of the presentations should not be forgotten, because they have important topics.
And in the last part, the teachers pointed out the requirements of a good presentation and the solutions that should be considered, And How to use Eye contact, Facial expression, Gestures, Posture and stance, Space relationship, Haptics (tactile), Vocal(sounds) to improve our relationship with others.

In the introduction, the topic of entrepreneurship education was discussed. Which were classified into three approaches: In the first approach, education is about entrepreneurship. This means that what is being taught is about entrepreneurship. The second approach is education for entrepreneurship. That is, they are taught to be entrepreneurs. And in the last approach, entrepreneurship experience is gained through education. That's a way to be an entrepreneur. This last approach is more important than the other two approaches. Because it deals with the outcome of the entrepreneurial learning process.
And what are the benefits of entrepreneurial education? Apart from the points mentioned in the meeting, I think that with this kind of education, people can understand each other better and more accurately. In another part of the session, the education through video and the important points of this type of educations were mentioned.
In my opinion, one of the most important points is that the student can watch the video whenever he wants, although it is recommended that the student to some extent show restraint in dealing with the lessons that are given through the video. Because they think I can look at it whenever I want. In the continuation of the class, leadership and types of leadership were discussed and the difference between the leadership and the boss was explained to some extent. Of course, most of this issue was left to the students themselves. And it was mentioned that what is the leader of entrepreneurs in higher education? And how can it be effective?
And at the end of the session, students were asked to make an instructional video using entrepreneurial approaches.

The session began with a speech from Christopher James Gilbert. There are great lessons hidden in it, if you are waiting for enough level of your talents and then you start, know that you will never start.
So the first lesson of this session is that if we have a goal, we should follow it from this moment and try for it.
The first case today was entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education. Entrepreneurship refers to the process of creating new value (material or spiritual) through a committed effort, taking into account the risks involved. And the entrepreneur is the one who drives this process. And educational entrepreneurship. There is entrepreneurship in the educational sector.
Following the session, discussed the skills needed to become an entrepreneur and the personality that an entrepreneur should have, and discussed these personality traits. In my opinion, first of all, an entrepreneur should be free, both in terms of living and working environment and intellectually. And it must be able to liberate preconceived notions that have already been made. In the last part of the session, the teacher, in consultation with friends, explained the work sections of entrepreneurship. As a result, it can be said that an entrepreneur implements the entrepreneurial process in four stages: idea, market research, product modeling, and final product production.

In this class, the issue of marketing and justifying the student and graduating to the market and marketing was discussed. In other words, the Marketing Orientation. Marketing orientation means that the company's resources are directed to meet the demands and needs of the customer. A marketing-focused company understands every aspect of its markets and the reasons that motivate consumers to buy its products or services. The market approach does not try to predict product trends or guess about future consumer demand for the product. Instead, it responds to what customers tell you they want.
The characteristics of market orientation were mentioned below, and it was explained that universities should have a niche market. For this, the university must understand the market well. In this regard, universities need more administrative freedom so that they can make more independent and Market-friendly decisions about curricula and courses.
Of course, this is one of the disadvantages of the higher education market orientation. Bureaucratic control is sometimes helpful in ensuring the initial quality of education. The market-oriented mode may lead to short-sighted decisions. Because the effectiveness of a curriculum cannot be tested immediately, some universities may "sell their curricula" by lowering the quality of education to generate more revenue.
Another disadvantage of the market-oriented approach is the sheer volume of commodity abuses directed at university graduates. It further empties human emotions. And market behaviors are based on machine data and analysis, which contradicts the principle of economic well-being.

Today I realized that human, structural and relational capital are part of a larger whole called intellectual capital. Intellectual capital is one of the most important organizational assets known in organizations today. In modern management attitudes, the use of assets such as human capital, structural capital, and relational capital has a significant role in business development. Today's world has left behind the traditional economy and entered the knowledge-based economy. The knowledge-based economy is an economy in which the production and productivity of knowledge play a major role in the process of wealth creation. One of the distinguishing features of a knowledge-based economy is the huge flow of investment in human capital and information and communication technology. Knowledge-based economics offers potentially unlimited resources; Because human capital is for creating unlimited knowledge. Intangible assets are items such as employee strength, creativity, and innovation, employee experience and skills, customer satisfaction, information and knowledge available in the organization that quickly complement physical assets.
In the following, the sharia of each of the sub-branches of intellectual capital was discussed.
And we came to the conclusion that the existence of capital (human, relational, and structural) is so important that it is difficult and close to impossible to survive and give in this age without them.
Lessons I learned:
1- be myself, of course not an ordinary self!
2- Be smiling.
3- Be patient!
4- To be with the principles, and to adhere to my principles.
5- I should evaluate my principles once in a while so that I do not have prejudices.
6- Do not believe my eyes, because they do not see all angles.
7- I should not be ashamed of the ideas that I have gained based on my firmness and principles, and they should be my pride.
8- To be clear, and the perspective of my life should be clear.
9- To be immortal, to have services for my fellow human beings that will be used and helpful to my fellow human beings forever.
10. Stick to my long-held dream.
Finally, I am always grateful for the valuable efforts of Dr. karwan and Mr. Miran, in the hope that we will do something that will make you proud.
thank you
